Credit cards will not be charged until January 23, 2009. In case the trip would be cancelled due to a lack of participants, no charges will be made to any of the pre-registrants and the registration forms will be destroyed.
It is very important to send in your registration forms before the due date so we can decide on January 23, 2009 if the trip can materialize. Thank you for your co-operation.
