Welcome to the Arizona Masterworks Chorale website!

It is an honor for singers from Arizona to be participating in the wonderful celebration of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's 250th birthday!

In May 2006, the Arizona Masterworks Chorale is taking a magnificent trip to Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. The Chorale and friends from the Arizona Opera Choristers, the Korean Ensemble and Phoenix Symphony Chorus, along with a quartet of soloists from the United States, will perform jointly.

We leave the States on May 21, 2006 for Krakow (Poland) to rehearse and perform on May 23 under the baton of Masterworks' Director, Mary Ann Dutton. Then, we travel to Prague (Czech Republic) to rehearse with The South Bohemian Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra for performances in Prague on May 26, Ceske Budejovice (Czech Republic) on May 27 and Vienna (Austria) on May 30. Guest conductor, Maestro John Massaro, will conduct the concerts with orchestra. On May 28 we'll leave Ceske Budejovice for Budapest (Hungary) to enjoy a day "as tourists" before the final concert in Vienna (Austria) on May 30. We will return to the States on May 31.

The Chorale has delighted audiences throughout Arizona and the United States, as well as in Mexico, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, England, Finland and Spain. Three times the Chorale has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City, including the performance commemorating the 100th anniversary of Carnegie Hall. The Chorale was proud to represent the State of Arizona at the Dedication of the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. in May 2004.
